TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1 NAIROBI LAKE NAKURU (168KM 3 to 4 hours)

You will be picked from you Nairobi hotel/residence/airport early in the morning.
3 to 4hours drive along Nairobi-Nakuru Highway through Great Rift Valley Escarpments will lead you to Lake Nakuru National Park.
Enjoy short game viewing drive en-route to your lodge/camp.
Arrive at the lodge/camp in time for lunch.
Afternoon game viewing drive will follow where you will enjoy watching flocks of Flamingoes feed and dance over the water.
You will also encounter more than 450 Bird Species as well as many more wildlife.
Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2 LAKE NAKURU – LAKE NAIVASHA 93KMS 2 HOURS DRIVE)

The day starts with a hefty breakfast.
Check-out from your lodge/camp.
Your route as you exit the park grants you a game viewing drive giving you chance to witness morning routine of animals such as waterbucks, zebras, Rothchild, Giraffe, Baboon and many more.
Your arrival at Lake Naivasha collides with lunch which will be served at your accommodation.
After lunch enjoy a Boat ride along the lake which will land you at Crescent Island where you will have a guided walk safaris and interact with waterbucks, Giraffes, Zebras, Baboons etc (NO PREDATORS).
Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

DAY 3 LAKE NAIVASHA – MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE (245KM 4-5HOURS)

Breakfast at the lodge/camp.
Proceed for a bicycle ride through hell’s gate, where you can also take a walk through gorges.
After exploration of this stunning scenery your African safari will progress to Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Your arrival collides with lunch which will be served at your Masai Mara lodge/camp.
After lunch embark on game viewing drive through this spectacular park.
Return to you lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 FULL DAY GAME VIEWING DRIVE AT MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

After hefty breakfast, you will head out with your expert safari guide/drive armed with picnic lunch for a whole day game viewing drive.
Along with Big 5 of Africa prepare to see Hyena, Giraffes, Cheetah, Zebras, Wildbeests, and many more wildlife.
At sunset return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5 ANOTHER FULL DAY OF GAME VIEWING AT SPECTACULAR MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE.

ACCOMODATION OPTIONS IN MASAI MARA:

DAY 6 MASAI MARA – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK (350KM 6-7HOURS DRIVE)

The day will start with an early morning pre-breakfast game viewing drive.
Return to your lodge/camp for breakfast and check-out.
Exit through the park will grant you one last game viewing drive on this leg of your Kenyan safari.
The next stop is at Isebania boarder post, where you’ll take your lunch.
After lunch proceed with your safari to Tanzania.
Your first stop in Tanzania is at Ikoma gate which welcomes you to Serengeti National Reserve.
Game viewing drive commences right at Ikoma gate.
The game will end at your accommodation lodge/camp.
Freshen up and relax as you wait for dinner time.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

DAY 7 FULL DAY FULL DAY GAME VIEWING DRIVE AT SERENGETI NATIONAL RESERVE

Early pre-breakfast game viewing drive.
Return back to your lodge/camp for breakfast.
Embark on a whole day of game viewing armed with packed lunch.
You will encounter with wildebeests, Gazelles, Zebras, Thompson’s gazelles, Eland and many more animals.
Return to your lodge/camp at sunset, relax and bid time for dinner.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

DAY 8 ANOTHER FULL DAY GAME VIEWING AT SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Today we have yet another day of exploring through the park and also have lot of time to relax.
We also give you the opportunity to plan your day. You can arrange that with your specialized safari guide/driver.
Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/Camp.

ACCOMODATION OPTIONS AT SERENGETI

DAY 9 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CRATER (160km 31/2hours)

Breakfast at the Serengeti Lodge/Camp.
After breakfast enjoy the last game viewing drive as you exit the park.
Depart for Ngorongoro Crater.
On your way you will have the opportunity to visit olduvai gorge, the setting of major archeological site from Dr.Leakey. (This is optional at an added cost of $45 per person).
You will be provided with packed lunch on your travels towards the conservation area.
Once at Ngorongoro you will head into the impacted volcano crater and descend into a sheltered world.
Your accommodation options are within the crater area.
After experiencing the beauty of this land you will head to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

ACCOMODATIONS OPTIONS:

DAY 10 NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA – LAKE MANAYARA NATIONAL PARK

Leave your accommodation after breakfast.
Drive through the crater lands once again as you enjoy the early morning sun spilling over the edges and illuminating the beautiful plains.
Your lunch is picnic style.
After lunch head on to Lake Manyara.
Although this National park is relatively small it has some marvelous animals such as tree climbing lions, and large troops of Baboons.
Afternoon game drive will help you spot them.
You will also encounter with over 350 Bird species among them two types of Flamingoes which normally lights up lakeManyara with bright pink.
Dinner and overnight in the Lodge/Camp within the park.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS AT LAKE MANYARA:

DAY 11 LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK.

After breakfast depart for Arusha National Park.
Here you will encounter more than 500 Bird species which in Flamingoes, Ostrich, Cranes, Storks, Lovebirds along with many more stunning avian specimens.
From Arusha proceed to Namanga border crossing and be handed over to our Kenyan guide/driver who will complete this leg of your trip.
Lunch is picnic style.
Next stop is Amboseli, where you will begin to see the outline of the awe-inspiring Mount Kilimanjaro appear as your get close.
You will have a chance to have a brief introduction to the wildlife of Amboseli as you head to your Lodge/Camp.
Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Lodge/Camp.

DAY 12 FULL DAY OF GAME VIEWING DRIVE AT AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Start your day with a hefty breakfast.
After breakfast embark on whole explorarton of Amboseli National park in search Elephants, Lions, Zebras, Giraffes, Buffaloes and many more.
You may also opt to visit Masai village at an extra cost of $20 per person.
Lunch will be served at the park in picnic style.
Return to the Lodge/Camp at sunset for dinner and overnight.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS AT AMBOSELI

DAY 13 AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK – NAIROBI (250KM 4-5hours)

The Final day of your African Safari starts with an early morning pre-breakfast game viewing drive.
This early morning game viewing drive will give you chance to view snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro.
After morning expedition return to your camp/Lodge for breakfast and check-out.
Depart for Nairobi as you enjoy the last game viewing drive as you exit the park.
Arrive Nairobi early in the afternoon.
Drop off at your hotel/residence/airport.
